Here are some more photos from our trip to Carinthia - we spent a cloudy day in Villach and Klagenfurt, where the outfit photos were taken. We were strolling around town, doing some sight-seeing, and having some mexican food. What I realized today was, that we never had a typical carinthian meal. I guess that means that we have to go there again to try it :-).

seems like summer has gone on vacation since it is cloudy and rainy ever since we're back from our little vacation. Just because sun has decided to stay out of the "spotlight" for a little while doesn't mean summer has to be over and we can't enjoy it. In the end it are little things that keep our mind uplifted...for example painting your nails in all colors imaginable :) So i decided to post 5 of my current favourite nail polishes. I am a sucker when it comes to nailpolish...i just can't get by a month without buying at least one new color. I can hardly remember the last time my nails were "au naturel" :D
You might as well also enjoy a few more pics from our trip to Velden. It definitely is the most beautiful place in Austria!

We came back yesterday evening from our short trip to Velden, Carinthia - we were really lucky concerning the weather, at least during the days. Unfortunately the sun seems to be very agressive -> we both are still having the sunburn of our lives :-). All in all, it was a great holiday and I definetly want to go back there again! More photos coming in the next days - Viki is busy because of her job and I'm leaving tomorrow for Salzburg for a 2day trip to visit a friend.

PS: We did use sunscreen! Spf 25!!

Only a couple more days until our 4-day trip to hopefully one of the most beautiful lakes in Austria (Woerther See). Although it's only a short trip, we're really excited and looking forward to a good time at the lake. Unfortunately the weather forecast doesn't look that good, but we're optimistic and nothing's gonna ruin our vacation :-). On friday will be a huge event - a "fete blanche" - just perfect to celebrate my 22nd birthday. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find a white dress!

We'll never be as young as we are now...

Funny pictures from the photo booth @ Pratersauna Club

Last Friday me and my girl Nina went to "Pratersauna" which happens to be one of the hottest clubs in Vienna....literally =)
We had so much fun chilling outside at the pool and shake our bums to some nice electronic tunes from awesome french DJ's and we even made some pictures at the photo booth....as you can see from the picture we didn't really know how the machine works or at which pace it takes pictures, which is why the first shot looks especially funny =) Anybody visiting Vienna should definitely check out Pratersauna!

Frangipani for ever

Just a short post about how I got the idea of my tattoo. I've been to Thailand two times and there I noticed this beautiful flower and somehow it stayed in my mind - when I wanted to get a tattoo, it first came to my mind.

I now have it since september 2009 and I still love it - but I have to say that I was thinking about getting it done for a couple of months!

I just can't live without....

A make-up hoarder like me sometimes has a tough time to chose from a variety of products. Nonetheless, like every girl should, I have some essentials that i can't live without. The pictured products above are used almost on a daily basis...here's why:

Benefit Sugarbomb: I know there are a lot of people that do not particularly like this blush because it doesn't give so much color but that is exactly the reason why I love this blush with all my heart. It's hard to overdo it and you don't need a highlighter as it gives you the most beautiful sheen EVER. Especially during summertime...and who doesn't like the smell of candy ;-)
Carmex: Do I really have to say much about it?! BEST LIPBALM on earth!!!
Estée Lauder Double Wear: My holy grail make up for combination/oily skin. Combined with a primer and translucent powder it lasts forever. It also mattifies but at the same time gives you that slightly natural dewy look without looking too shiny. Love it!!!
Lancome mascara: Hands down my favourite. It's the only mascara that - when applied - i have been asked if I'm wearing fake lashes.
Marc Jacobs "Daisy": Perfect for summer. Fall. Winter. Spring. I'm addicted :-)

Summer is finally arriving in Vienna, and I thought it's a good idea to make a to-do list this year, because sometimes you forget about the little things that spice up your life.

Therefore my list consists of simple things, for example: I plan on having brunch more often with girlfriends, making ice-cream, trying new restaurants, visiting interesting exhibitions, and simply enjoying the warm weather.
